As a therapist, I get excited about the opportunity for change in a person's life.

My goal is to connect with the client and to help them achieve healing, gain hope, and thrive individually.

I take a holistic approach when counseling an individual; it's vital to look at other aspects of the client and their situation, not just the presenting problem. Family, friends, environment and medication are just a few of the factors that can influence a client's mental and emotional state.

My training as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as prior counseling experience, enable me to work with individuals, couples, and families seeking change or guidance through a difficult time.

I specialize in helping people work through trauma, hurt, addiction and conflict with others. Using several different therapy tools helps me keep the client engaged and moving toward healthiness. Take the first step toward healthiness and call for a free consultation.
