I am not one for playing games on my cell phone. However, has technology is becoming more and more apart of our daily lives it has some very useful applications. This article is about how a phone game is helping individuals with anxiety and depression. The article describes how users of the game, Pokemon Go, are being helped with their depression and anxiety. Its getting them out of the house and meeting new people. This game can be used as a great coping skill and an avenue to overcome distressing emotions. Maybe I'll give it a try!
