I'm not always a fan of how much technology steals away our time and face to face interactions. But there are times that technology can be used to our benefit. This article talks about how we can use technology to help us in time of need. A phone app that I use and recommend regulary to clients is Headspace. This app is for individuals needing help to relax, meditate or to assist when anxiety levels are becoming out of control. Lets make technology work for us and not against us.

Support Group for Grieving Parents
