Professional complaints
KW Counseling makes every effort to provide services that meet your therapy needs and applicable professional regulations. If you believe care has been unsatisfactory or that a provider has acted unprofessionally or unethically, you are invited to raise the concern in writing so it can be discussed.
The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology. Not every complaint or dispute involves professional misconduct, but the Council can provide information about the complaint process.
Visit the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council discipline and complaints page for current instructions and contact information.
