How do I schedule a session?

How much do your sessions cost?
The cost for a 50 minute therapy session is $100.00. Longer sessions may be available on a case by case basis and the cost for those will be agreed upon prior to scheduling the session.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes- I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. You will provide your insurance information during our intake process so that I can verify your eligibility for mental health benefits prior to our first session.
Where are you located?
My office is located in Deep Ellum, just outside of Downtown Dallas.
What is your cancellation policy?
In order to allow all clients an opportunity to book sessions times opened due to cancellations, effective June 1, 2019, our cancellation policy is updated as follows:
Any cancellations, regardless of reason, must be made via the cancellation link in your session confirmation email no later than two business days prior to the session date and time. For example, a session of Thursday at 1:00 PM must be cancelled no later than Tuesday prior at 12:59 PM and a session on Monday at 10:00 AM must be cancelled no later than the Thursday prior at 9:59 AM.
Any cancellations inside of the windows above will result in the payment method on file being charged the full private-pay session amount, which may differ from your insurance co-pay amount.
